One of the most exciting and old test series is Ashes. Australia and England are playing for the Ashes cup for several years and both the teams had their success through out all the series. Australian squad for Ashes 2009 has been announced. McDonald is in the squad. Surprisingly, in form Andrew Symonds was not named in the squad. He was replaced by few young all-rounders like Shane Watson, Andrew McDonald and Marcus North. The squad will be lead by Ricky Ponting and the members are listed below:
