What you see here is obviously a key. Whats makes this key very special from others is that this controls most powerful machine built by human in this modern times. This is the key for russian space rockets that carries tons of cargo to Russian space station "MIR" which is sunk in pacific now.
These keys are real artefact amongst scientist working in the Rocket launching.
Those two pictures are the dashboards of the rockets in which the key is to be inserted to initiate the start sequence. After it was initiated nothing could stop it.
